Furthermore, from your arrival at reception (or call to arrange collection) our priority is your needs as our customer and as the person who knows your vehicle best.
Collisons are commited to ensuring that you are only given the service which is best for your vehicle and your requirements. Usually this means manufacturers’ scheduled services, but it always means top quality care for your vehicle, be it diagnosis and repair, air conditioning work or ‘wear and tear’ replacements. We will never commit you to unnecessary work or costs, and advise you fairly, clearly and with consideration of your expectations. Therefore, even if additional work is required, we will talk you through what is needed and why, (showing you if this helps), and give you every available option for repair. We don’t rely on spotting ‘extra’ work for our revenue; we rely on customers who value our integrity and transparency, and trust us to look after all their vehicles for their motoring lives.
To formalise this standard of care, Collisons immediately sought the then new BSI Kitemark for Automotive Services (PAS 80:2005), and were in the first three garages in the country to gain this prestigious mark. 
This stringent standard protects you and your car at every stage and covers all aspects of our technical and service procedures. We are convinced that this guarantee beyond all others should give you confidence in our standards and commitment to quality.
Additionally, with Bosch technical equipment and training, ATA accredited technicians, and OFT approved code of practice through Bosch, our standards are recognised by the motor industry as well as our customers.
